CCENT - Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician

The CCENT certification validates the practical skills required for entry-level network support positions. Candidates should have the knowledge and skills to install, operate and troubleshoot a small enterprise branch network, including configuring a router and switch, connecting to a WAN, and implementing basic network security. The CCENTcertification is the first step toward achieving the CCNA, the foundation-level certification for networking careers.
