is now available. Technical professionals who achieve the Unity Support certification will demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity 4.0 system.
Those who achieve the Cisco Unity Support Specialist certification will combine strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2000 or 2003 with the instruction and best practices taught in the
Unified Communications for Systems Engineers (UCSE) course
. The topics in UCSE are illustrated through hands-on labs and case studies, and are relevant to those supporting stand-alone voice mail systems and unified messaging environments.
