Cisco Unity Design Specialist certification
(formerly Cisco Unified Communications Design Specialist) informs and validates the ability to create sustainable Unity solutions. This certification consists of the
Cisco Unity Design Networking (CUDN v1.0)
course, the
Unified Communications for Systems Engineer (UCSE v1.2)
course, and the comprehensive exam.
Students who complete these courses will develop the skills and knowledge required to install, configure, operate, and maintain a Cisco Unity 4.0 system in both stand-alone voice mail and unified messaging environments, and will acquire the knowledge and expertise necessary to create a variety of sustainable Cisco Unity design solutions, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
